Sandy has 20 years of experience in the Real Estate business, lending, processing and settlement Closings for Real Estate. Shenandoah Settlement Services, LLC opened in May of 2011, our office has grown to a 4 person staff and very willing to help or answer any questions you might have.
Lori Messer
Administrative Assistant
Lori is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College. Since graduating from college Lori has worked as a Legal Assistance, a Listing and Marketing Coordinator for a real estate firm, and as a Settlement Post Closer. Lori joined Shenandoah Settlement Services in 2014 with more than twelve years experience working in various fields of Real Estate.
Susan M. Miller
Settlement Processor
Susan joined Shenandoah Settlement Services in July 2014 with over 7 years experience in the Real Estate Settlement industry. As an SSS Settlement Processor, Susan is responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of residential and commercial Real Estate closings.
Kim Hudson
Underwriter/Closer/Title Examiner
Kim is a licensed Title Insurance Underwriter, Title Examiner and Closer with more than 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Settlement industry. She worked for a local attorney for 19 years and joined Shenandoah Settlement Services in July of 2013.
